The use of infrared technology has boomed in just the last couple of years. Infrared is now the fastest growing tool to the industrial world as it relates to predictive and preventive maintenance. The advances in infrared camera engineering have revolutionized comprehensive electrical and refractory inspections to an art. No longer are thermographers required to perform a "best guess" solution to inspection problems. The infrared cameras as of the last couple of years are nothing more than state of the art computers and give a complete and accurate finding to the final report. It might be added, that all of our thermographers are trained by FLIR in Boston, Mass. and are re-certified every two years. The cameras we use for our inspections are FLIR 595 and P-60. They are the most sensitive IR cameras on the market today. We have invested a great deal of money between our thermographers and equipment to ensure the most complete and comprehensive report possible.
We travel to all the major cities in the country to perform inspections for our clients. Our travel overhead is minimal and that is how we can compete with all your local infrared inspection companies as far as a daily rate and give you a far superior comprehensive service. Our rates for the inspections and all reports can be figured in two ways; one being a daily rate, the other being a "per location" rate. Both rates would work out to be practically the same, the only reason you might want to go with the "per location" is for letting the accounts payable department know the exact amount charged for each location scanned and separate individual reports for each location for your records.
We will also perform all minor repairs to systems at the time of inspection, log all repairs and re-shoot the problem for the final report at no additional charge. |
